Common questions
How quickly will somebody get back to me?
The same working day if you write during the week, and by the next morning otherwise. If that is too slow for what is happening, call 510 552 6896 and say so.
Our systems are down. Should I use this form?
No. Call. Partners use 408 657 3648 and reach the help desk during the day or the on-call engineer outside it. If you are not a partner and something is on fire right now, 510 552 6896 still gets a person, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right call at that moment.
What happens on the fifteen minute call?
We ask about the business and where it is going, because that is what decides whether technology is helping or getting in the way. From there we can be useful about what is costing you money, what is slowing people down, and what risk you are carrying that has never been priced. Nobody runs a scan on your network during a first call.
Do you work outside the Bay Area?
Yes. Portland and Vancouver, Washington are the second base, and remote support goes wherever your people are. On-site work outside those two areas is arranged case by case, so tell us where your offices are and we will say plainly what we can cover.
Not sure we are the right fit?
Say so on the call and we will tell you. We would rather send you somewhere better than take on work we are the wrong firm for.
